Adrienne Winkelmann’s designs have long been treasured in wardrobes across New Zealand and around the world. After more than forty years leading her fashion atelier, she is now enjoying a well‑earned retirement, entrusting her loyal clients and remarkable pattern archive to friend and mentee, Yvette, who continues the Made to Order tradition with care.

Like many prolific designers, Adrienne still feels the pull of the workroom. She and Yvette are currently creating Winter ’26 looks, available to view by appointment.

This balanced approach to retirement lets Adrienne welcome clients who wish to see her, while enjoying the flexibility to travel and spend time with loved ones.

With Yvette integrating these exclusive Winkelmann pieces into her Bespoke offering, it truly is the best of both worlds — a place for familiar faces to return for conversation, champagne, and of course couture.
